16 Blade Composite Impeller
Our advanced fan technology features an impeller with 16 blades. It is molded from materials that make it lightweight enabling it to move more air at higher engine speeds than competitors in the market. At 3700 RPM on the UB-7 and 3500 RPM on the UB-14, windspeeds reach 220+ MPH to strip leaves, acorns, and other debris. The 16 blade design traps and controls air flow for less waste and more CFM with a higher velocity giving you more pushing power.
Light Weight
Made from a composite, the impeller is lighter than the more common metal impellers resulting at much higher RPMs and windspeeds.
HIGH RPM
The engine only powers the impeller and nothing else. This means no wasting fuel and improved performance.
Durable
Not only is there better wind speed control with our 16-blade design, there is less air-resistance per blade meaning less wear over time.
Polyethylene Housing
Our injection molded polyethylene blower housing is impact resistant. Meaning less repairs and better performance. With the housing being injection molded, we are able to make the design completely smooth internally, resulting in less waste from turbulence and air voids.
Smooth Surfaces
With a smooth interior and only one bend from impeller to nozzle, a laminar flow is created resulting in little waste of air flow.
Impact Resistant
The housing material withstands impacts to prevent deforming or dents that may occur with metal housings.
Rust Free
Being made from a polyethylene, the housing will not rust or corrode resulting in consistent performance with no maintenance.
